How to Get Certified

All Fusion Fitness Training Courses require the completion of the the 8 hour Fusion Fundamentals Course.

If you’ve already completed the Fusion Fundamental Course you may register for the D’Fine, Align and Refine Training however you must purchase our reference textbook ‘Fusion Workouts” either at Heavens Fitness or online at www.humankinetics.ca.   To ensure you receive the textbook before the course, we encourage you to purchase online as soon as possible or call Heavens Fitness at 403-263-3113 to reserve a copy (limited supply so call today).

Fusion Fitness Fundamentals

Fusion Fitness Fundamentals is a comprehensive course that will offer you practical application skills and foundation of the Fusion Fitness methodology to teach a safe, effective, inspiring and FUN group class for all fitness levels.

You will learn:

– the Fusion signature mindful movement method

– anatomy, biomechanics and movement principles

– the science of mobility and stability

Fusion systematic cueing technique

– teaching skill and managing group dynamics

Fusion Fundamental exercise technique, alignment and variation

Fusion signature class design – use of music to create an inspiring and fun workout

All Fundamentals Courses include a Fusion Workouts Book, Instructor Training Manual and Fusion Signature Music CD.
